Cayenne have looked after our property for the last six years, which in itself is a testament to how happy we are with their service. The property is prepared to a very high standard prior to guests arriving and we have never had any adverse comments from guests. "Small enough to care, big enough to trust!" I chose Cayenne Property Management because their website told me that they were a family business, customer focused and no job was too big. Well on buying my property in Caleta de Fuste this was truly tested through a refurbishment that brought many challenges and Kim and Nick were amazing! They oversaw a complete refurbishment, managing all works with the Spanish builders, keeping me regularly updated and advising me where required. I grew to trust them implicitly and my good judgment was rewarded with a property that now looks fabulous. Kim's attention to detail shone through the project and I have been delighted with the results.
